King Maraji was a great king, he ruled a vast part of the eastern Africa, from the OMO Valley down to Kampala, he was an OMO man, a warrior by nature, his army was like the sands in the desert, they seemed endless. He had three wives and numerous concubines in which most of them were married to other men. Maraji was fearless and his people feared him so much, they felt he was a god and they worshipped him. Maraji was a music lover and he worshipped the gods of music but he was vulnerable.
He was afraid his people would see him as weak. He there fore resorted to ruling his people by fear and conquering many lands and making their people slaves to his people.
